SEND Conference Midlands

May 5th 2017 – Leicestershire, UK

Bringing together educational professionals to share knowledge and demonstrate best practices.

May 13th 2017 – Leek, UK

Staffordshire’s yearly Special Educational Needs conference provides a holistic resource to supporting those with SEN such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, speech and language, auditory processing and visual processing.

Whilst there is a focus on children, the content will equally be appropriate to SEN in adult education too.

Les Recontres de l’Orme 2017

The Dyslexia Guild Annual Summer Conference

28th June 2017 – London, UK

Coming up soon in London, U.K.: the annual summer conference organised by Dyslexia Action. Intended for educators, the conference introduces the most recent research on language development and provides information on specialist topics such as assistive technology. 9th National Dyscalculia and Maths Learning Difficulties Conference

29th June 2017, Cumberland Hotel, London, U.K.

This dyscalculia conference takes place in London and brings together special education experts, math teachers, and educational psychologists. The two keynote speakers will offer a balance of cutting edge research about dyscalculia and challenging insights into the hot topics of maths mastery learning. SpLD CENTRAL Conference

29th June 2017, Staffordshire, U.K.

This conference will look at dyscalculia and Maths LD from both a research perspective and a classroom perspective. It will discuss definitions and describe a classroom accessible diagnosis of the factors that create difficulties in learning maths. The structure is based on decades of teaching pupils who struggled with maths. Find out more here.

 

EDA Autumn Seminars 

6th – 8th October 2017 – Munich, Germany

EDA is happy to announce that we are planning for our traditional “Summer” Seminars to take place in 2017. This year it will be later than usual and the dates are set for October 6-8, 2017 at the University of Munich, Germany.

 

IDA’s Annual International Conference 2017 Conference

8th – 11th November 2017 – Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A.
